*Overview*
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Speech Language Pathologist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in speech therapy and a passion for helping individuals improve their communication skills. This role involves working with patients of various ages, including children, to assess their speech and language needs and develop effective treatment plans. Job candidate will have an excellent support system with other SLPs and SLPAs. CTS is very family oriented/family friendly. CTS owns a daycare that is in the same building as the clinic. Many of our therapists have their children there, giving the ability to go check on their child on a quick break! Our parents LOVE this option!
*Duties*
* Conduct thorough patient assessments to identify speech and language disorders.
* Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment results and patient needs.
* Implement evidence-based speech therapy techniques to enhance communication skills.
* Collaborate with parents, teachers, and other healthcare professionals to support patient progress.
* Provide early intervention services for children with speech and language delays.
* Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes.
* Educate patients and families about speech disorders and therapy options.
* Stay updated on the latest research and advancements in the field of speech-language pathology.
*Qualifications*
* Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology or related field.
* Current state licensure or certification as a Speech Language Pathologist.
* Knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, physiology, and pediatrics is essential.
* Experience in early intervention and working within school settings is preferred.
* Strong skills in patient care, assessment, and developing treatment plans.
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively with diverse populations.
* A commitment to ongoing professional development and staying current in the field.

Pay: $35.00 - $47.00 per hour
