_We are seeking two full-time, North Carolina licensed, ASHA certified, speech language pathologists for evaluation and treatment of pediatric speech and language disorders._ _One of the two positions will include a mix of pediatric and adult patients, with a possible opportunity in the other pediatric position to also treat adults._ _Additionally, we are offering a full-time pediatric position in our Mooresville clinic. Pay compensation is highly competitive and structured as W-2, fee for service. A robust, experienced-based sign-on bonus is offered. Bonus is doubled for qualified pediatric feeding specialist._

*Responsibilities:*
Perform evaluations, set collaborative therapy goals and develop client-centered plans of care.
Perform case management responsibilities, including management of your daily schedule, timely completion of required notes and documentation of services provided.
*Qualifications and Experience:*
North Carolina license
ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence
Ideal candidate is self directed with strong communication, organizational and interdisciplinary skills.
2+ year's experience in the field preferred, skills in feeding disorders is a plus

* *$1,000* for 1–3 years of experience
* *$1,500* for 5+ years of experience

Flexibility in your schedule, as long as there are 30 hours available to accommodate patient appointments
Competitive fee-for-service pay model; reliable rate increases with longevity in the practice
Financial contribution to a therapist's CEU requirement offered annually; the amount also based on longevity in the practice.
Generous offering of flex funds, or pay for visits unworked, similar to PTO.
Flex funds may be used to supplement paychecks as needed. These funds can cover vacation, sick days, or help maintain consistent pay during periods of lower patient attendance

Pay: $64.00 - $75.00 per hour
