We are hiring Warehouse Associates for our facility in Indianapolis, Indiana! This is an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic team involved in critical logistics operations. As a Warehouse Associate, your responsibilities will include receiving and stocking merchandise, fulfilling customer orders with speed and accuracy, packing items for shipment, and maintaining an organized and efficient warehouse. Your attention to detail and commitment to Safety are crucial. All team members are expected to adhere to company Safety policies and procedures, including the mandatory use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). The role requires individuals who are comfortable with physical tasks, including significant Walking, Standing, and Lifting of goods. Responsibilities:
- Receive, verify, and store incoming products.
- Accurately pick items for customer orders using scanning equipment.
- Pack orders efficiently and ensure proper labeling.
- Prepare shipments for outgoing logistics and transportation.
- Conduct inventory cycle counts and assist with stock management.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment.
- Adhere to all Safety regulations and use all required PPE.
- Operate pallet jacks and other material handling equipment safely.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required.
- Ability to perform tasks involving moderate to heavy Lifting and sustained Walking.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Dedication to Safety and following procedures.
- Team-oriented and able to work effectively with others.
