We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Vice President HR as a Business Partner to join our international team. The Vice President HR as a Business Partner for our largest business Advanced Technology Facilities (ATF) will partner with senior leaders across Exyte's global ATF business to provide strategic HR leadership aligned with the company's growth objectives in advanced industries such as semiconductors and data centres. This leader will develop people strategies that drive performance, leadership development, workforce optimization, and an inclusive organizational culture, enabling the business unit's operational excellence.
