Über
Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, and related equipment. Respond to and resolve incidents and service requests in a timely manner. Perform troubleshooting for hardware, software, and connectivity issues. Participate in hardware deployments, upgrades, and refresh cycles. Maintain accurate documentation in ticketing and knowledge base systems. Ensure compliance with asset management policies and procedures. Collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve technical issues. Deliver professional and clear communication to keep users informed of ticket status. Provide backup support for the IT Service Desk when needed. Assist with creating and updating technical documentation and user guides. Job Type & Location
This is a contract position based out of Chicago, IL. Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $25.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
