Come work with us as a Warehouse Worker in Kansas City, Missouri! We are seeking reliable and hardworking individuals to contribute to our warehouse operations. In this role, you will be involved in various essential tasks, including receiving and storing goods, picking and preparing orders for shipment, loading and unloading trucks, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment. This is a hands-on position that requires diligence and a strong understanding of warehouse procedures. We place a high emphasis on Safety, and all workers must adhere to safety guidelines and wear the necessary Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). The job involves regular physical activity, including Walking, Bending, and Lifting of various items, so a good level of physical fitness is required. This is a key role in our logistics chain, ensuring that our products reach their destinations efficiently.
Responsibilities:
- Receive, process, and store incoming inventory.
- Accurately pick products to fulfill customer orders.
- Pack orders securely for shipment.
- Load and unload delivery vehicles and trailers.
- Maintain inventory accuracy and assist with stock checks.
- Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and hazard-free.
- Follow all Safety protocols and use required PPE.
- Assist with other warehouse duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or similar environment is a plus.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including significant Walking and Lifting.
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
- Commitment to maintaining a safe work environment.
- Team player with good communication skills.
