We are seeking a skilled Warehouse Technician for our facility in Provo, Utah. This role is critical for ensuring the efficient and safe operation of our warehouse. As a Warehouse Technician, you will be responsible for a range of duties including material handling, inventory management, equipment maintenance, and ensuring adherence to all Safety protocols. You will operate material handling equipment, assist with receiving and shipping processes, and contribute to maintaining an organized and productive work environment. A strong understanding of warehouse operations and logistics is essential. This position requires a commitment to Safety, including the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and adherence to all company guidelines. The role may involve moderate to heavy Lifting and requires individuals who are physically capable and detail-oriented. Responsibilities:
- Operate various warehouse equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Receive, store, and distribute incoming and outgoing inventory.
- Conduct routine maintenance and inspections on warehouse equipment.
- Ensure accuracy in inventory counts and stock placement.
- Implement and enforce Safety procedures and best practices.
- Wear and utilize all required PPE.
- Assist with organizing and maintaining warehouse cleanliness.
- Support logistics flow and collaborate with other departments.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification preferred.
- Previous experience as a Warehouse Technician or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in operating material handling equipment.
- Knowledge of warehouse Safety standards and procedures.
- Ability to perform tasks involving Lifting and physical exertion.
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
