This position requires physical stamina, as you'll be involved in frequent Lifting and moving of goods. We are committed to maintaining a safe work environment, and all associates must adhere to strict Safety protocols and wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). You'll work with a team to manage inventory, maintain organization, and contribute to the overall productivity of the distribution center. Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and process incoming inventory.
- Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently.
- Stock shelves and maintain inventory organization.
- Prepare shipments for outbound delivery.
- Operate warehouse equipment as needed (e.g., pallet jacks).
- Follow all Safety guidelines and wear required PPE.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve operational goals.
- Contribute to efficient logistics processes.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or distribution center experience is a plus.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including regular Lifting.
- Understanding of warehouse Safety best practices.
- Willingness to adhere to PPE requirements.
- Basic computer skills for inventory tracking.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
