We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Associate to join our growing team in Boise, Idaho. This is a versatile role where you will contribute to various aspects of warehouse operations, including receiving, stocking, order picking, and packing. You will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth flow of inventory and the accurate fulfillment of customer orders. Key responsibilities include using scanning devices to track inventory, moving products within the warehouse, and preparing items for shipment. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team, and possess a strong work ethic. Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and stock incoming inventory.
- Pick and pack customer orders accurately.
- Operate scanning equipment to manage inventory.
- Load and unload shipments.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Adhere to all company safety guidelines and procedures.
- Wear and utilize all required PPE .
- Contribute to efficient logistics processes.
- Perform manual lifting and movement of goods as needed.
- Participate in inventory counts.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus.
- Ability to read and interpret shipping documents and product labels.
- Experience with inventory scanning systems is beneficial.
- Must be able to stand, walk, lift, and carry for extended periods.
- Capability for frequent lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Strong commitment to workplace safety .
- Willingness to use all provided PPE .
- Understanding of basic logistics principles.
