Performance Contracting Group is seeking an experienced
Graphic Designer
for its
Marketing Communications 960
department based in
Lenexa, Kansas . We're looking for a creative partner who is passionate about collaborating with internal stakeholders to conceptualize, design, and deliver compelling visual solutions for a variety of internal and external projects.

Responsibilities
Elevate our brand by generating creative campaigns and marketing materials that inspire, educate, and connect with our audience
Develop compelling designs and graphics for a wide range of efforts including infographics, advertisements, digital and social media campaigns, signage, conference/event materials, and more
Collaborate with various teams to support high impact campaigns and business pursuits. Including the design and layout of proposals, presentations, and other key materials
Coordinate the design process from concept through delivery. Managing both internal clients and external vendors to ensure on-time delivery of materials
Collaborate with the marketing team to implement workflow best practices and organization of graphic assets
Utilize a ticketing system for project management and communication with internal clients
Develop intuitive and user-friendly templates and resources for internal teams including proposals, presentations, and social media. Leveraging platforms such as Word, PowerPoint, Canva, InDesign, and others to enhance efficiency while maintaining brand consistency companywide
Provide support and tutorials to colleagues when necessary
Basic Requirements
Must have at least 3 years' experience in a graphic design role
Degree in fine arts, graphic design, visual communications, or the equivalent work experience
Must provide a strong portfolio illustrating unique, creative designs in a variety of applications and mediums
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Reliable decision-making skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving
Proficient in Mac OS computer skills
Advanced proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop), Microsoft Office Suite, and Apple Keynote
Ability to multitask and re-prioritize projects in a fast paced environment without losing attention to detail or quality of work product
Preferred Requirements
Experience creating compelling vector illustrations and developing custom iconography to visually communicate complex ideas clearly, consistently, and efficiently
Experience in the architecture, engineering, or the construction (AEC) industry, especially working with business development and marketing teams on proposals and presentations
Experience with Data Asset Management (DAM) systems a plus
Experience leveraging AI to enhance design processes and workflows
Graphic design experience gained through traditional employment, rather than sole freelance work, is highly preferred
Local to the Kansas City metro area preferred
