We are seeking an innovative and technical Staff Product Designer to lead design initiatives at varying stages of the product lifecycle including exploratory innovation prototypes, 01 products, and iterative enhancements to existing products. A desire to push design and workflow boundaries with AI prompt engineering tools is a must, and prior experience with front-end code (React, Typescript, Tailwind, ShadCN, Design Systems) is a big plus. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on contributor with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. You will be responsible for designing and developing interactive, testable proof-of-concept prototypes using no-code / vibe code AI platforms, enabling early validation with users and stakeholders. You will be embedded in cross-functional podsmade up of design, engineering, and product leadershipyou will champion human-centered design practices across web and mobile platforms. Your work will thoughtfully integrate AI capabilities where they deliver meaningful value to our patients, clinicians, and employeeshelping shape the future of our healthcare product ecosystem. What you will do in this role: Bridge design and engineering to deliver functional, testable MVPs faster through interactive, clickable prototypes Use a hybrid design-engineering approach to reduce time-to-delivery and drive real product impactnot just design output Rapidly prototype and iterate based on user feedback, product goals, and technical constraints Leverage AI and emerging technologies to explore smarter, scalable user experiences Contribute to a lean design system to ensure consistency, reduce rework, and avoid reinventing the wheel Collaborate closely with product, design, and engineering teams to shape and validate early-stage concepts Focus on execution of functional MVPs while ensuring usability and WCAG 2.2 AAA accessibility to accelerate learning and de-risk decisions Create reusable prototype demo components and patterns to support speed and consistency across teams What qualifications you will need: Bachelor's in CS, Design, HCI, or related field - Required Minimum 8 years of experience in product design or a related technical field, or an equivalent combination of professional, startup, and entrepreneurial experience - Required Mastery in AI rapid prototyping (Lovable), design, and experience with front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React), Git and CI/CD - Preferred Strong experience in building or contributing to design systems and design tokens - Preferred Experience with hands-on OPEN AI API development and no-code AI platforms - Preferred Work Location/Schedule: Nashville, TN area (near Centennial Park) Onsite: M-F, 8am
