What You’ll Do
Take ownership of mechanical design projects, shaping them with your ideas and expertise from concept to construction.
Run projects independently, ensuring they meet the highest standards.
Mentor junior and intermediate engineers to develop the next generation of talent.
Participate in client briefings, design team meetings, and oversee site progress.
What You’ll Need
At least five years of experience in building services design.
The confidence to run projects independently and make key decisions.
Strong communication skills to liaise with clients and teams.
