Internal Account Manager - PPE & FM SectorSwindon £35,000-£45,000 + Benefits 8am-5pm An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Internal Account Manager to join a fast-growing PPE supplier working with some of the biggest names in the Facilities Management (FM) and Utilities sectors. The business has ambitious growth plans through to 2030 and is looking for someone who can build strong customer relationships, protect and grow revenue, and deliver excellent service to mid-size accounts. The Role Act as the main contact for a portfolio of mid-tier customers Manage quotes and orders, focusing on core PPE product ranges Drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities across accounts Resolve day-to-day service issues with internal teams Keep accurate records and track performance in HubSpot About You Proven background in buy/sell account management Strong knowledge of the PPE industry Experience selling into FM, Utilities or Construction sectors Commercial mindset with the ability to spot growth opportunities Comfortable working to targets and building lasting client relationships What's on Offer £35,000-£45,000 base salary + benefits Work within a dynamic, ambitious team with clear structure and KPIs Be part of a company evolving its model and scaling fast — 60% growth already achieved in 2025
