ABOUT THE POSITION

:

The Sr Graphic Designer is a member of the Centralized Marketing team and is responsible for developing thoughtful and strategic creative assets for a variety of activations and products in the SVP brand portfolio. This position develops concepts, graphic design and layout work, illustrations, displays, email and digital assets, POP (point of purchase) collateral and photography direction. The Sr Graphic Designer is capable of digesting creative briefs and translating them into powerful brand work while staying on budget and on time.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Lead the conceptual design and development of visual assets across print, digital, retail, and packaging Organize and update digital image library Partner with Project Management to execute campaign materials, social media content, and product launches Work closely with Creative Directors, Photographers, Stylists, Product Managers, and Marketing to ensure all visuals align with brand standards and campaign objectives Translate complex product information into clear, engaging visual solutions (e.g., infographics, manuals, and packaging) Stay current with design trends and innovations relevant to the sewing communities QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor's degree in visual communications, graphic design or similar. 3-5 years of experience in a traditional graphic design role, preferably in an in-house or retail studio setting Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, Capture One, and digital asset management (DAM) systems Experience managing creative timelines, and cross-functional communication. Passion for creative storytelling and an eye for visual detail Strong knowledge of photography and video production processes is a plus Experience in sewing, or DIY projects is a plus You will need to be able to complete all physical requirements of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation, including:

Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, meeting rooms, copier/printer etc as well as have the ability to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time Required to retrieve or reposition products like sewing machines weighing up to 50 pounds We Offer You:
