Location: Omaha, NE (Travel to WarHorse Gaming properties required) Department: Information Technology Reports To: VP of Information Technology Employment Type: Full-Time Pay: $95,000 annually Position Summary
The Senior System Analyst serves as a key liaison between business leaders and Information Technology, ensuring technology solutions effectively support operational goals. This role partners closely with stakeholders to analyze business challenges, design system solutions, support enterprise applications, and coordinate enhancements that drive efficiency, reliability, and value across the organization. The ideal candidate is both technically strong and business-minded, with the ability to translate complex requirements into practical, scalable solutions in a fast-paced, 24/7 gaming and entertainment environment. Key Responsibilities
Partner with senior business and IT leaders to develop technology roadmaps for functional areas. Learn and understand business systems to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization. Analyze business problems and coordinate technical solutions that align with organizational goals. Gather, document, and analyze business and user requirements in collaboration with stakeholders. Troubleshoot complex hardware and software issues and recommend effective solutions. Coordinate system administration, maintenance, updates, and enhancements. Serve as a primary liaison between system users, vendors, IT teams, and MIS departments. Coordinate implementation of application enhancements and system improvements. Provide immediate support during system outages or production interruptions. Maintain a calm, logical approach when resolving issues with users, staff, and vendors. Recommend hardware and software solutions to support evolving business needs. Assist with system installations, upgrades, and ongoing technical support. Lead knowledge sharing and training sessions for IT support staff and system users. Serve as a lead IT resource for reporting and data access, including SQL queries and user training. Perform additional duties as assigned. Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field preferred (or equivalent experience). Minimum of 10 years of Information Systems experience, including systems analysis. Ability to quickly understand complex business systems and technical architectures. Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to earn credibility and trust. Experience with enterprise-level systems (e.g., Player Tracking Systems, CRM platforms). Solid understanding of application architecture and system integrations. Knowledge of IT infrastructure and networking concepts. Strong data analysis and SQL query skills. Excellent time management, organization, and problem-solving abilities. Core Competencies

Full-time role supporting a 24x7x365 operation. Standard schedule: MondayFriday, 8:00 AM5:00 PM. Evening, weekend, holiday, and on-call work may be required based on business needs. Casino environment with exposure to secondhand smoke. Travel Requirements
Primarily local travel with required visits to all WarHorse Gaming properties. Occasional overnight or out-of-area travel may be required. Licensing & Certifications
