Role: IT Support Engineer
Salary: £26,000 - £28,000 per annum (negotiable)
Location: Sutton, Surrey (and surrounding areas)
Essential Experience:
* Great customer services skills
* Windows 10, Windows 11 and Microsoft Office application knowledge
* Active Directory
* Advanced knowledge of servicing AV/IT equipment.
* Basic understanding of networking
* Advanced troubleshooting skills with a variety of IT equipment
* A full UK driving license (minimum 1 year)
You will be expected to:
* Manage IT incidents and service requests, both desk-site and between multiple remote sites
* Carry out installation, support and maintain various client sites as directed.
* Advise and liaise with clients of various levels of IT literacy.
* Work within a strong customer service environment with strict service level agreements (SLAs) for a company who operates a continuous improvement policy
* Undertake project work involving hardware and software installation, upgrades, and technical administration for core systems
* Pass an enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check, provided by the company.
