Senior Project Manager

This role is hybrid and requires you to be at our client office at a minimum 3 days per week - subject to change at any time. 

1. Senior experience in program/project management, SDLC, agile software development.
2. Formulate, organize and monitor inter-connected projects through a program master plan.
3. Identify all the internal and external resources, whether human or technical, required to complete the program successfully
4. Develop project roadmaps, define technical workstreams, manage risks, and ensure timelines and budgets are met.
5. Maintain overall control of the schedule and the delivery of all expected deliverables
6. Oversee and co-ordinate all project/cross-project activities and cross-functional project teams (cloud engineers, network/security teams, DevOps, external vendors).
7. Develop and control schedule, deadlines, budgets and activities
8. Apply change, risk and resource management

1. Senior Project Manager with 7–10 years of experience, capable of working closely with the Client Managing Director (MD) to support communications, gather key information, and report updates to C-suite executives.
2. Proactively drive initiatives forward with minimal direction, demonstrating strong ownership and accountability.
3. Mandatory experience delivering Data and/or Regulatory projects in complex enterprise environments.
4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
5. Proven experience building executive-level presentations and delivering clear, concise updates to C-suite stakeholders.
6. Ability to manage multiple stakeholders, align cross-functional teams, and ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
**CGI is providing a reasonable estimate of the pay range for this role. The determination of this range includes factors such as skill set level, geographic market, experience and training, and licenses and certifications. Compensation decisions depend on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $95,000–$145,000. This role is an existing vacancy.**
