The role includes:
* Being involved in developing and delivering high quality, stimulating, creative and welcoming environment for the children within the nursery.
* Working with the EYFS and completing online journeys for your key children.
* Supporting room leaders and room coordinators in every day running of the room.
* To work as part of a team in order to provide an enabling environment in which all individual children can play, learn and develop.
* Building good working relationships with staff and parents.
* To provide a range of activities relevant to the age and needs of the children in the setting, which encourage independence, self-motivation, and eagerness to learn.
* Attending regular supervision and training as agreed with the nursery manager/Owner and have a willingness to continue your own professional development.
* Maintaining confidentiality at all times.
Suitable candidates must:
* Hold a level 2 or Level 3 in Childcare/equivalent.
* Have a good understanding of EYFS regulations
* Be able to demonstrate good communication skills
* Have a positive attitude
* Be creative and ambitious
* Maintain a high level of confidentiality.
* Have the ability to work as part of a team.

Pay: £26,500.00-£31,500.00 per year
