Head of Sales & Marketing
to lead our sales and marketing strategy, grow occupancy and private revenue, and strengthen our brand and reputation.
Reporting to the Operations Director, you’ll sit on the senior leadership team and lead our Sales & Marketing function with insight, creativity and data.
What You’ll Do:
Lead and deliver joined-up sales & marketing strategies
Build Avante’s brand through digital, PR & storytelling
Use data, CRM & insights to demonstrate ROI
Lead, mentor & develop high-performing sales & marketing teams
Represent Avante at events and across communities
What You’ll Bring:
Proven track record of growth & performance improvement
Data-driven, confident with CRM & analytics
Excellent communicator and people leader
Willingness to travel across London & Kent
