We are seeking an experienced and dynamic leader to join our culinary team as a Head Chef. This role is responsible for overseeing all back-of-house operations, menu execution, and staff management.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading high-performing teams, maintaining consistency and precision in food preparation, and fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
- Develop and implement operational strategies to drive growth and efficiency
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create innovative menus and promotions
- Lead training and development programs for the culinary team
- Maintain highest standards of food quality, safety, and cleanliness
- Ensure effective inventory management, labor scheduling, and budgeting
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices

The working hours are flexible, but the candidate must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays; 55–60 hours per week.
