Bakery Specialist

We are looking for a skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a pastry cook.

A solid understanding of basic baking techniques, including cake decorating and bread making, is essential.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the daily preparation and presentation of pastries, cakes, and other baked goods.

Key Responsibilities:

• Purchase ingredients and supplies
• Prepare and bake pastries, cakes, and other sweet treats
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace
• Assist with special orders and events

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts or related field
2. 2+ years of experience in a commercial bakery or similar environment
3. Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for long periods
4. Strong communication and teamwork skills
