*Schedule:* 35 hours paid per week with a 30 minute unpaid lunch per day, 5 days per week, could range from 7:30am - 4:00pm daily.
*Pay:* $50-55/hour, dependent on experience
*Location:* 100% on-site, remote not available

*About the Role*
Inclusive Learning Partners (ILP) is hiring *a full-time Occupational Therapist* to provide direct services, evaluations, and consultative support in classroom settings serving students with moderate to severe disabilities.As a valued member of the school-based IEP team, you’ll support students in developing fine motor, sensory, and adaptive skills necessary for educational access. Ideal candidates are confident in collaborating with multidisciplinary teams in dynamic, high-support environments.
*Required Qualifications*
* Active *Registered Occupational Therapist license* in California
* Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from a NBCOT-accredited program
* Familiarity with IEP systems, progress monitoring, and report writing
* Must be willing to undergo a criminal background clearance and Livescan fingerprinting through the California Department of Justice and FBI.
* TB questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable
* Willingness to complete all necessary ILP and state mandated trainings during onboarding
*Key Responsibilities*
* Provide direct OT services to students as outlined in their IEPs
* Conduct assessments and re-evaluations, interpret results, and write clear, compliant reports
* Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with student needs and goals
* Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and related service providers
* Document services, maintain records, and contribute to ongoing progress monitoring
* Participate in IEP meetings and help guide teams in accommodations, strategies, and support.
