*What You'll Do*
* Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and provide skilled therapy treatments.
* Develop and modify personalized care plans and treatment goals.
* Prepare detailed reports for physicians, ensuring documentation aligns with unit standards and regulatory requirements.
* Respect and prioritize patients’ rights to treatment and their involvement in care decisions.
* Maintain a patient treatment schedule that supports departmental needs.
* Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to refer patients for additional therapies when needed.
* Conduct initial evaluations and design effective treatment plans based on physician orders.
* Offer innovative ideas to enhance clinic processes and efficiency.

*Qualifications*
* Graduate of an accredited Speech-Language Pathology program.
* Licensed to practice Speech-Language Pathology in Michigan.
* Pediatric experience preferred.
* Evening availability preferred.
