Lead the Western European Analytics & Insights function to drive data‑driven growth and commercial success at the LEGO Group. Senior Level: Director. Employment Type: Full‑time. Location: Western Europe. Responsibilities
Business Performance Analysis – Deep dive analysis of business metrics, uncover growth opportunities and risks. Advanced Analytics & Forecasting – Apply predictive modeling to forecast market dynamics and support scenario planning. Data Architecture & Models – Develop data frameworks and analytical models that enable scalable insights. Integrated Insights – Combine internal metrics with market, competitive and macro data to deliver a comprehensive view. Strategic Storytelling – Translate complex data insights into compelling narratives that influence partners. Collaborative Partnerships – Work cross‑functionally with marketing, sales, finance and operations to align insights with strategies. Qualifications
Analytical Proficiency – Expertise in SQL, Python and visualization tools such as Tableau and Power BI. Data Strategy & Modeling – Strong understanding of data platforms (Snowflake, Databricks) and experience building predictive models. Problem‑Solving – Ability to break down complex problems and apply analytical frameworks. Storytelling – Ability to create clear narratives that align insights with business priorities. Commercial Acumen – Deep understanding of business performance drivers, market trends and consumer behavior. Collaboration & Influence – Skilled at partnering with cross‑functional teams and influencing stakeholders at all levels. Leadership – Oversee the entire analytics function, develop long‑term vision, manage budgets, lead and manage a team of analysts. Benefits
