Building Blocks Therapy Services, LLC is hiring a highly qualified, ASHA-certified Speech-Language Pathologist (CCC-SLP), (Strong CF applicants welcome) to join our mission-driven, values-based team. This role is ideal for a clinician with experience in school-based practice, a strong working knowledge of Michigan special education law, and a commitment to neurodiversity-affirming care. We welcome applicants who are eager to grow in these areas and bring curiosity and compassion to their work.
This is a full-time position for the remainder of the 2025-2026 school year.

*Requirements*
* Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
* Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA
* Current Michigan licensure to practice as a Speech-Language Pathologist
* Minimum 1 year of experience working in school-based settings
* Strong understanding of Michigan Special Education Laws and Procedures
* Proficiency with MIPSE and documentation of IEPs and evaluations

*Job Duties and Responsibilities*
* Carry full responsibility for assigned cases, including evaluation, treatment, documentation, and case planning
* Provide direct therapy services to school-aged students in accordance with IEPs
* Write legally defensible reports and IEPs using MIPSE
* Attend and contribute to IEP meetings, team consultations, and professional development activities
* Complete documentation and Medicaid billing (if applicable) in a timely and accurate manner
* Uphold the confidentiality of all client records and information
* Maintain all required licensure, certification, and continuing education
* Participate in individual or group supervision and staff meetings as requested
* Adhere to all Building Blocks Therapy Services, LLC policies and procedures

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $39.00 - $49.00 per hour
