As an Associate Attorney, you will play a pivotal role in providing exceptional legal services across various practice areas in our personal injury law firm. You’ll engage with clients, conduct thorough legal research, and develop strategies to address their needs effectively. Your expertise will shine as you navigate complex legal matters in pre-litigation, negotiations, settlements and litigation ensuring that our clients receive the highest level of representation.
*What you’ll do*
* Provide legal counsel in personal injury law.
* Conduct comprehensive legal research using tools like LexisNexis and Westlaw to support case preparation and strategy.
* Draft legal documents such as contracts, petitions, pleadings, and motions with precision and clarity.
* Engage in negotiations on behalf of clients to achieve favorable outcomes.
* Represent clients in litigation proceedings, depositions, mediations and administrative hearings when necessary.
* Collaborate with senior attorneys to develop case strategies and prepare for trials.
* Maintain organized case files and documentation within the law office environment.
* Stay updated on changes in laws and regulations that may impact client cases.
*Basic qualifications*
* Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
* Admission to the bar in the relevant jurisdiction.
* Ability to navigate CMS system NEOS
*Preferred qualifications*
* Experience or coursework in personal injury law,.
* Strong negotiation skills with a proven ability to advocate for clients effectively.
* Excellent writing skills with a focus on clear legal drafting.
* Prior personal injury legal experience.

Pay: $95,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
