*What you'll Do:*
* *Provide evaluation and treatment for residents with speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing needs *
* *Develop individualized plans of care with meaningful, measurable goals *
* *Implement therapy techniques that enhance safety, communication, and quality of life*
* *Complete timely and accurate documentation *
* *Educate residents, families, and staff on communication strategies and safe swallowing techniques*
* *Participate in interdisciplinary meetings and collaborate on care plans*
*What We're Looking For:*
* *Licensed Speech-Language Pathologist*
* *Experience in Long-term care or geriatrics is a plus *
* *Strong communication and problem-solving skills*

This position is open to SLP at all experience levels. Pay rates are competitive and based on various factors.
