W South Beach is seeking a passionate and skilled Banquet Cook to support our high-volume banquet and event operations. This role is ideal for a culinary professional who thrives in a fast-paced luxury environment and takes pride in delivering exceptional food quality and presentation for meetings, weddings, and special events.

  Prepare and execute banquet menu items according to standardized recipes and event specifications

• 
  

  Assist with setup, execution, and breakdown of banquet events

• 
  

  Ensure food is prepared and served at the highest standards of quality, consistency, and presentation

• 
  

  Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health regulations

• 
  

  Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, equipment, and storage areas

• 
  

  Communicate effectively with the Banquet Chef, Sous Chefs, and culinary team to ensure timely service

• 
  

  Support other kitchen outlets as needed based on business levels

• 
  

  Previous banquet or high-volume culinary experience preferred

• 
  

  Culinary school training or equivalent experience a plus

• 
  

  Strong knowledge of basic cooking techniques and kitchen equipment

• 
  

  Ability to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays

• 
  

  Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
