Experienced Restaurant Floor Managers Wanted

**Job Title:** Restaurant Floor Manager

We are seeking an experienced Floor Manager to oversee the front-of-house operations at our restaurant. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service, managing a team, and driving sales performance.

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of floor staff to ensure efficient operation and excellent customer service.
• Lead by example, providing guidance, coaching, and support to team members to maximize their potential and foster a positive work environment.
• Monitor and manage inventory levels, ensuring adequate stock levels and merchandising standards are maintained.
• Implement sales strategies and promotional initiatives to drive revenue growth and meet sales targets.
• Resolve customer complaints and inquiries in a timely and professional manner, striving to exceed customer expectations.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members, identifying areas for improvement and implementing training programs as needed.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including safety, security, and operational standards.
• Collaborate with fellow management staff to develop and implement operational plans and strategies to achieve business objectives.
