The Win~Dow is looking for a Regional Manager who understands that great hospitality starts with great leadership. As we continue to grow across Los Angeles, Santa Barbara, and Long Beach, we're searching for a hands-on operator who loves being in the restaurants, developing people, and driving results.

This role is central to our success—supporting General Managers, strengthening operations, and ensuring every guest walks away with the experience The Win~Dow is known for.

What You'll Do

• Champion the opening of new Win~Dow locations and support our continued growth.
• Hire, coach, and develop strong leaders—building engaged, high-performing teams.
• Oversee menu execution, food and beverage consistency, and operational standards.
• Elevate quality, speed, hospitality, and financial performance across all restaurants.
• Create a culture of accountability, warmth, and operational excellence.

What You Bring

• 5+ years of GM or multi-unit leadership experience.
• Proven success in high-volume, fast-paced restaurants.
• Flexibility to support your teams across evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Experience in quick service, fast food, or fast casual is a strong plus.
• A leadership style rooted in clarity, empathy, and results.

What We Offer

• Competitive salary: $100,000–$115,000
