We are seeking an experienced culinary professional to co-lead our kitchen team and assist in all aspects of food preparation.

This role involves a blend of technical skills, leadership, and management responsibilities. The ideal candidate will have a passion for honoring and elevating culinary excellence.

• Food Preparation: Oversee daily food preparation, ensuring dishes meet high standards.
• Quality Control: Conduct regular quality checks to ensure consistency and excellence.
• Team Supervision and Training: Lead and train culinary team members, providing guidance and support.
• Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, order supplies, and maintain stockroom organization.
• Safety and Sanitation: Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
• Staff Scheduling: Coordinate staffing schedules to ensure adequate coverage during peak periods.
