Experienced Culinary Expert Wanted

We are seeking an experienced Culinary Expert to join our team. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will work closely with our Head Chef and Sous Chef to create exceptional dining experiences.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare high-quality menu items according to recipes and standards
• Assist with food preparation tasks as needed
• Operate and maintain kitchen equipment, ensuring cleanliness and efficiency
• Plate dishes with attention to detail, monitoring portion control
• Maintain a clean, organized workstation and follow food safety guidelines

Requirements:

• 2–5 years of experience as a Line Cook in a full-service restaurant
• NYC restaurant experience preferred
• FHAC (Food Handler's Certificate) required
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs without assistance
• Strong understanding of food safety and sanitation practices
• Ability to stand for long periods of time
• Open availability
