Join our dynamic team as a Warehouse Worker in Omaha, Nebraska! We are seeking motivated individuals to assist in the day-to-day operations of our bustling distribution center. This role is crucial for ensuring the efficient and accurate handling of goods. You will be responsible for receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping a variety of products. Responsibilities:
- Receive and unload incoming shipments, verifying contents against purchase orders.
- Stock shelves and racks with incoming inventory, ensuring proper placement and organization.
- Pick customer orders accurately and efficiently using provided equipment.
- Pack orders securely for shipment, ensuring product protection during transit.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely.
- Maintain a clean and orderly work area, adhering to all safety protocols.
- Assist with inventory counts and cycle counts as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily operational goals.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including those related to safety and security.
Requirements:
- Ability to perform strenuous physical activity, including frequent lifting of up to 50 pounds.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Basic math skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes.
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Must wear provided Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times, including safety vests and steel-toed boots.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required.
