Join our vibrant fulfillment center in Baltimore, Maryland, as a Fulfillment Associate! We are seeking dedicated individuals to contribute to our growing logistics operations. As a Fulfillment Associate, you will be involved in various aspects of the order fulfillment process, from receiving goods to preparing them for shipment. Your role is critical in ensuring that our customers receive their orders accurately and on time. This position requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to perform a variety of tasks in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Responsibilities may include picking, packing, quality checking, and staging orders. Safety is a top priority, and all associates are expected to adhere to rigorous safety standards, including the mandatory use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). The job involves frequent movement, standing, and occasional lifting. We are committed to providing a safe, clean, and productive work environment. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders according to specifications.
- Perform quality checks on outgoing orders to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Receive and process incoming inventory, verifying quantities and condition.
- Stage orders for shipment, ensuring proper labeling and documentation.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Adhere to all warehouse safety rules and procedures, including the use of PPE.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and scanners as needed.
- Assist with inventory management tasks, including cycle counts and stock checks.
- Contribute to team goals and operational efficiency.
- This role involves regular lifting of items up to 40 pounds.
- Follow instructions from supervisors and management to ensure smooth logistics flow.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or fulfillment environment is preferred.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods.
- Willingness to comply with all safety regulations and wear required PPE.
- Basic understanding of inventory and logistics principles.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Reliable and punctual attendance.
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team.
