We are hiring a Fulfillment Associate for our Columbus, Ohio facility! In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring that customer orders are processed accurately and efficiently. Your responsibilities will span the entire fulfillment cycle, from picking and packing items to preparing them for shipment. This is a hands-on position requiring a keen eye for detail, physical agility, and a dedication to quality service within our logistics operations. You'll be part of a team striving for excellence in order fulfillment and contributing to our company's reputation. We maintain a strong focus on safety and provide all required PPE to ensure a secure working environment for our associates. Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick products from inventory shelves based on order specifications.
- Inspect items for damage or defects before packing.
- Pack orders efficiently and securely using appropriate materials.
- Use scanning equipment to track inventory and order status.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace, adhering to all safety protocols.
- Assist with inventory management tasks, including cycle counts.
- Load and unload shipments as directed.
- Follow all company policies and procedures related to fulfillment and safety.
- Collaborate with colleagues to meet daily order fulfillment targets.
- Ensure proper use of PPE and maintain a safe working environment.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a fulfillment or warehouse setting is a plus.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift for extended periods.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in picking and packing.
- Good time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Understanding of basic logistics principles is beneficial.
- Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude.
