Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items from warehouse shelves based on order requests.
- Pack items securely and efficiently into appropriate shipping containers.
- Inspect products for damage or defects before packing.
- Operate hand-held scanning devices to track inventory and orders.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all safety protocols.
- Assist with inventory counts and stock rotation.
- Load and unload trucks as needed.
- Follow all company policies and procedures regarding warehouse operations and safety.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily fulfillment targets.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations and the proper use of required PPE.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or fulfillment environment is a plus.
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks and stand for extended periods.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Basic understanding of inventory management principles.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Familiarity with warehouse equipment and safety procedures is beneficial.
