Join our team as a Distribution Center Associate in Milwaukee, Wisconsin! This position is vital for the efficient operation of our distribution network, involving a variety of tasks from receiving goods to preparing them for shipment. You will be instrumental in maintaining inventory accuracy and ensuring the timely processing of orders. A commitment to workplace Safety, efficiency, and teamwork is essential. Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and verify incoming shipments.
- Pick, pack, and assemble customer orders accurately.
- Store merchandise in designated locations, maintaining organization.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (if certified).
- Conduct inventory counts and assist with stock management.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
- Follow all Safety protocols and use required PPE.
- Prepare orders for shipment, ensuring proper labeling and documentation.
- Ability to perform moderate Lifting, up to 50 lbs.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution center is preferred.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must be able to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks.
- Knowledge of warehouse Safety procedures.
- Willingness to contribute to team efforts.
- Basic understanding of logistics processes.
