As an Order Picker, you will navigate our warehouse, using RF scanners and order lists to locate and gather specific items. Your attention to detail will ensure that correct products and quantities are selected, minimizing errors and customer dissatisfaction. We are committed to maintaining a safe working environment, so adherence to all safety procedures and the consistent use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is mandatory. This position involves a significant amount of walking and standing, as well as the ability to perform frequent lifting of items up to 45 lbs. Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick customer orders using RF scanners and pick sheets.
- Verify product codes and quantities against order requirements.
- Stage picked items for packing and shipment in the designated areas.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks with care and proficiency.
- Ensure the cleanliness and organization of your assigned work zone.
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures diligently, including wearing PPE.
- Achieve individual and team productivity goals for order fulfillment.
- Report any inventory discrepancies or damages to supervisors promptly.
- Assist with inventory cycle counts as needed.
- Foster a positive and collaborative atmosphere within the logistics team.
