We are seeking a skilled and safety-conscious Forklift Operator to join our dynamic logistics team in Tampa, Florida. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating various types of forklifts to move, locate, relocate, stack, and count merchandise. This role is crucial to our warehouse operations, ensuring the efficient flow of goods. Responsibilities include loading and unloading trucks, moving materials from receiving to storage, and transporting products to various work areas. Attention to detail is paramount to prevent damage to products and equipment. You will be expected to perform daily equipment checks and report any maintenance issues immediately. Adherence to all safety regulations and company policies is non-negotiable. This position requires a commitment to maintaining a clean and organized work environment. The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team is essential. Successful candidates will be proficient in general warehouse duties in addition to forklift operation. Experience with inventory management systems is a plus. We are looking for individuals with a strong work ethic and a proactive approach to problem-solving. A valid forklift certification is required. This role involves significant physical activity, including frequent Lifting of up to 50 lbs and the consistent use of appropriate PPE .
