We are hiring a diligent Distribution Center Associate for our facility in Boise, Idaho. This role is essential for maintaining the operational integrity of our distribution network. As a DC Associate, you will be involved in various aspects of warehouse operations, including receiving, put-away, order selection, and preparing goods for shipment. Responsibilities:
  • Accurately receive and process incoming stock.
  • Fulfill customer orders by picking and packing items correctly.
  • Safely operate warehouse machinery as needed.
  • Ensure the workplace is kept clean and orderly, complying with all Safety regulations.
  • Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records.
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures, particularly those concerning Logistics and workplace safety.
  • Wear and maintain all required PPE.
  • Follow all mandated Lifting safety protocols.
  • Promote a strong Safety culture throughout the distribution center.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Previous warehouse or distribution center experience is advantageous.
  • Ability to perform consistent Lifting of up to 50 lbs.
  • Strong organizational skills and a precise approach to tasks.
  • Familiarity with inventory control systems is a plus.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and autonomously.
  • Understanding of warehouse Safety standards.
