Responsibilities:
- Handle the movement of materials within the warehouse, including loading and unloading.
- Assist in receiving and checking incoming shipments for accuracy and damage.
- Stocking shelves and organizing inventory using appropriate equipment.
- Picking and packing orders accurately and efficiently.
- Preparing shipments for dispatch, including labeling and documentation.
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Adherence to all safety guidelines, including the use of required PPE.
- Operate warehouse equipment as trained and certified.
- Participate in inventory counts and checks.
- This role involves significant physical activity, including frequent lifting of up to 50 lbs.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Previous warehouse or general labor experience is preferred but not required.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
- Strong work ethic and reliability.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks.
- Must be able to stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods.
- Physical capability for regular lifting, pushing, and pulling.
- Commitment to maintaining a safe workplace.
