We are looking for a motivated Distribution Center Associate to join our San Antonio, Texas facility. This role is integral to our logistics operations, involving a variety of tasks to ensure the efficient flow of products through our distribution center. You will be responsible for tasks such as receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and preparing orders for shipment. A strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a commitment to Safety are essential for success in this position.
Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and inspect incoming inventory, ensuring accuracy against shipping documents.
- Stock merchandise in designated warehouse locations using appropriate equipment.
- Accurately pick and prepare customer orders using RF scanners and pick lists.
- Pack orders securely and efficiently for shipment, ensuring product protection.
- Load outgoing shipments onto delivery vehicles.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment, adhering to all Safety regulations.
- Participate in regular inventory counts and assist in maintaining inventory accuracy.
- Operate material handling equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts safely and efficiently.
- Properly use all required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Perform frequent lifting of items weighing up to 50 lbs.
