Responsibilities:
- Perform various tasks including picking, packing, sorting, loading, and unloading.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (if certified).
- Receive and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and damage.
- Stock shelves and maintain inventory accuracy.
- Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the distribution center.
- Follow all Safety protocols and wear designated PPE.
- Assist with shipping and receiving documentation.
- Meet productivity and quality standards.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution center environment preferred.
- Ability to lift and move items up to 40 lbs.
- Strong understanding of warehouse safety procedures and commitment to PPE usage.
- Ability to work flexible hours and adapt to changing priorities in a logistics setting.
- Good teamwork and communication skills.
