Become a vital part of our logistics network as a Shipping & Receiving Associate in Sacramento, California! We are seeking organized and efficient individuals to manage the inbound and outbound flow of goods within our state-of-the-art warehouse. Your primary responsibilities will include accepting incoming deliveries, verifying order accuracy against shipping documents, and meticulously inspecting items for damage or defects. You will also be responsible for preparing outgoing shipments by accurately picking, packing, and labeling products according to destination and shipping requirements. This role involves operating warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and potentially forklifts (certification required for forklift operation). A strong emphasis on safety is crucial; you must adhere to all company safety protocols and consistently use appropriate PPE. The position requires the ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including frequent lifting of items up to 50 pounds, standing for extended periods, and moving throughout the warehouse environment. Experience with WMS and shipping software is highly desirable. Your organizational skills and attention to detail will be key to ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our logistics hub.
