We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Picker/Packer to join our dynamic logistics team in St. Louis, Missouri. In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring the accurate and efficient fulfillment of customer orders. Your primary responsibilities will include accurately picking items from designated warehouse locations using a pick list or scanner, inspecting products for damage, and carefully packaging items according to established standards to prevent damage during transit. You will also be responsible for labeling packages with the correct shipping information and moving finished orders to the shipping area. A strong commitment to safety protocols and the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) is essential. This position requires the ability to perform physical tasks, including consistent lifting of up to 50 pounds, standing for extended periods, and moving throughout the warehouse.
