Responsibilities:
- Accepting and processing incoming inventory.
- Verifying the accuracy of received goods against documentation.
- Organizing and stocking merchandise in assigned locations.
- Accurately picking items for customer orders.
- Packing products for shipment, ensuring quality and completeness.
- Preparing shipments for delivery, including labeling and documentation.
- Operating material handling equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks, safely (training available).
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment.
- Assisting with inventory control procedures and cycle counts.
- Following all company safety policies and utilizing required PPE.
- Supporting overall logistics and supply chain functions.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Must be able to perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 pounds regularly.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Flexibility to work various shifts and overtime as needed.
- Willingness to wear all mandated PPE.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus.
- Ability to stand, walk, and move for the duration of the shift.
