Responsibilities:
- Accurately identify and retrieve products based on order specifications.
- Utilize handheld scanners to manage inventory and confirm picks.
- Ensure proper handling and staging of picked items.
- Assist with consolidation and preparation of orders for shipment.
- Maintain the tidiness and orderliness of the picking zones.
- Follow all safety guidelines and wear required PPE.
- Report any stock discrepancies or equipment issues promptly.
- Participate in team efforts to meet operational targets.
Qualifications:
- GED or High School Diploma.
- Previous order picking or warehouse experience is beneficial.
- Capability to lift and move items weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Excellent precision and focus.
- Understanding of warehouse workflows.
- Team player mentality and strong work ethic.
- Awareness of safety best practices in a warehouse setting.
