Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items from shelves based on order details.
- Use RF scanners to track inventory and confirm picked items.
- Repackage items as needed for safe transport.
- Stage orders for packing and shipping.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies.
- Report any damages or discrepancies to a supervisor.
- Perform other warehouse duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or order picking experience preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Basic understanding of warehouse operations.
- Willingness to work in a team environment.
- Familiarity with warehouse safety procedures and the use of PPE.
