This role is crucial to our logistics operations, ensuring our customers receive their products on time and in perfect condition. You will be responsible for fulfilling customer orders by locating, retrieving, and packing items for shipment. This involves working in a fast-paced warehouse environment and adhering to strict quality control standards.
Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick products from warehouse shelves based on order specifications.
- Pack items securely for shipment, ensuring product protection during transit.
- Utilize scanning equipment to track inventory and update order statuses.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times.
- Meet productivity targets and quality standards.
- Assist with other warehouse duties as needed, including stocking and cycle counts.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a warehouse or order fulfillment role is a plus.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Basic understanding of inventory management principles.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Must be reliable and punctual.
- Commitment to workplace safety and the proper use of PPE.
