We are seeking a licensed physical therapist to join our well-established, therapist-owned outpatient orthopedic practice - serving the Black Hills region as the longest-running practice of its kind.

*Key Responsibilities:*
Evaluate patients and develop individualized plans of care.
Provide hands-on therapy and collaborate with our team of PTAs.
Educate patients on home exercises and recovery strategies, empowering them to thrive beyond the clinic.
Coordinate with referring physicians and healthcare professionals.
Monitor progress and adapt treatment plans as needed.
Maintain thorough, timely documentation.
*What We're Looking For:*
Doctorate of Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
Current or eligible for SD licensure.
Strong clinical reasoning and communication skills
A collaborative, adaptive clinician who values teamwork.
A PT with a passion for helping people regain movement and confidence.
New graduates are welcome to apply! Mentorship is provided!
Pay: $40.00 - $50.00 per hour
Expected hours: 32.0 – 40.0 per week
